The Smelter City Scamper has a new home!
This year, the beloved Smelter City Scamper will be led by the Anaconda Community Market (ACM) — with help from our friends at PAC in 2025 to ensure a smooth and seamless transition. We’re keeping everything you love: fun, connection, and true hometown spirit — while building a bright future for the race and its community impact.

💚 Why the Scamper Matters
It’s more than a race – it’s fun, it’s active, it brings people together, and (most importantly) the Smelter City Scamper is a fundraiser with real impact. Proceeds directly support food access programs and help keep the Anaconda Community Market strong and sustainable.

When you run, sponsor, or volunteer, you’re helping build:
• A healthier Anaconda
• Support for local farmers and food systems
• Access to fresh, nutritious food for everyone in our community

▸ 10K – 8:00 AM

▸ Kids Sprint (1 block, ages 8 & under – free) – 10:30 AM
